Building Healthy Families

I married my amazing husband over 11 years ago.  We have been blessed with two wonderful children, a boy and a girl who are the life of the party. They bless my heart daily!

Over 7 years ago, when my son was born, I was motivated to start researching and reading product labels.  I must say it has been an eye opening journey.  There is so much to learn when it comes to keeping my family healthy.  While I still have a long way to go, everyday I am making progress.  I have created this website to be a place where we can share the journey together.  As mom's we are the gate keepers of our home, the advocates for our kids, and the ones often entrusted with the health and welfare of our family.
