Amazon.com is one of my most favorite web sites because they sell just about EVERY product imaginable and at the lowest prices on the Web.  You can register with the web site to create an account for free.  Doing that will allow you to take advantage of all kinds of innovative features but one of the coolest is their Universal Wish List.

When birthdays or Christmas rolls around friends and family want to buy gifts that will be appreciated and enjoyed by their recipients.  This tool allows you to create a list of gifts that you would like to receive, regardless of which web site sells them, and make the list available for others to view.  I use this largely for my own benefit so I can keep track of products I want to purchase down the road.
